Edward H. Scheirer specializes in corporate and business law representing a multitude of industries, such as healthcare, hotel management, real estate, banking, insurance, construction, and automotive. He routinely negotiates and drafts transactional documents, including purchase agreements, deeds, operating agreements, and leases.

In 2019, Edward achieved a remarkable educational milestone and graduated with both his J.D. from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and his M.B.A. from Villanova’s School of Business. While at Villanova, Edward wrote for the law school’s Environmental Law Journal. Before attending law and business school, Edward attended the University of Mary Washington and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in History and Political Science.

Prior to joining MDSW, Edward served as a law clerk for the Honorable Kathleen L. Beckstead at the Circuit Court for Wicomico County in Salisbury, Maryland.

Edward is originally from the Philadelphia area but has lived on the Shore since 2019. Today, when he’s not practicing in our Easton office, Edward enjoys training his two dogs, a Shiba Inu and a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, and cutting his grass.
