Brad’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, real estate, HOA/condominium law, and business and corporate matters. He litigates in state, federal, and appellate courts throughout Maryland and assists individual and corporate clients with contract drafting, negotiations, and business and real estate disputes. Brad offers a pragmatic, results-based approach and provides sound legal advice tailored to each client’s specific needs.
Brad earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina Honors College in 2012 and graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law magna cum laude in 2017.
Brad’s previous experience includes representing legal professionals, real estate professionals, accountants, and other professionals against negligence and malpractice claims, and spending the past several years practicing civil litigation, business, and contract work, including several matters for the Town of Ocean City.
Brad is an Eastern Shore native, born and raised in Chestertown, Maryland. He is based out of the firm’s Ocean City office but services clients throughout the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
