Victoria Brohawn

Victoria Brohawn’s practice focuses on business and commercial law, real estate and lending transactions, and zoning and land use matters. Victoria practices primarily out of the firm’s Easton and Cambridge offices.

Victoria earned her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law, where she was Executive Editor of the Syracuse Journal of Science & Technology Law and a member of the Travis Lewin Advocacy Honor Society. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from Salisbury University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics summa cum laude from Towson University.

Prior to joining MDSW, Victoria served as a judicial law clerk in the Dorchester County Circuit Court for the Honorable William H. Jones, where she assisted with a broad range of legal proceedings and developed a strong basis in the courtroom for her practice.

Victoria brings a strong foundation in finance and accounting to her legal practice. Earlier in her career, she served as Controller and Accounting Manager for privately held manufacturing companies, where she gained extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and operational management. This background provides her with a practical understanding of the financial and compliance challenges businesses face, allowing her to offer legal advice that is both strategic and grounded in real-world business considerations.

As a native of Dorchester County, Victoria is proud to call the Eastern Shore home. In her free time, Victoria enjoys spending time with her two children, being on the water, and traveling.
